We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategic management of digital advertising campaigns. The primary focus is on driving measurable growth through the precise execution of paid media, rigorous data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with creative teams. 

 

Locations: Tbilisi

Number of Positions: 1

Work Schedule: Full-time 

Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00

Accountable to: Head of Marketing Operations 

Subordinates: NA 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels. 
  • Develop engaging advertising briefs for the design and content teams; 
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and maximize efficiency; 
  • Manage advertising budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal allocation and return on investment; 
  • Plan and execute A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement; 
  • Prepare detailed and actionable reports on campaign performance and key metrics. 
  • Implement and manage tracking solutions to measure campaign effectiveness accurately
  • Apply automation tools to streamline campaign management and performance optimization; 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital advertising; 
  • Work on company-authorized platforms, systems, and software (Including but not limited to: SAP Business One, Bitrix 24) 
  • Execute other related tasks and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital advertising campaign management;  
  • Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and optimization techniques;  
  • Hands-on experience with tracking tools, automation solutions, and analytics platforms; 
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver strategic insights;  
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; 
  • Creativity and attention to detail in developing advertising briefs and concepts; 
  • Experience in the development, or real estate, industries is considered an advantage;  
  • Georgian advanced. English B2;
