We work closely with renowned international architectural studios to ensure that each project is tailored to the unique characteristics of its location, its history, and seamlessly blends with the surrounding environment.Silk Development is currently offering employment opportunities in the Marketing Operations Manager positionLocation: Tbilisi, GeorgiaWork Schedule: Full-TimeWorking Hours: 10:00-19:00 (Monday-Friday)Accountable to: Head of Marketing OperationsSubordinates: NAResponsibilities:Plan and manage marketing projectsDevelop and execute marketing strategiesCoordinate campaign activitiesMonitor and analyze performance metricsManage project timelines, budgets, and resourcesOversee vendor relationshipsCommunicate with stakeholdersPerforming the job duties requires working with in-house ecosystems (Including but not limited to: SAP Business One, Bitrix24)Perform other related tasks given by the SupervisorSkills and Qualifications:Higher Education in Marketing or related field3–5+ years of experience in marketing or relevant field, experience in real estate developing company will be an advantageStrong project management skillsProficiency in marketing and project management toolsKnowledge of English Language, min B2 LevelExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsStrong analytical abilitiesExperience managing budgetsExperience vendor relations
