Silk Development is currently offering an employment opportunity for the postions of Junior Sales Manager. 

Location: Batumi 

Work Schedule: Full-time 

Reports to: Head of Sales 

Working Hours: Rotating Schedule 

Subordinate Position(s): NA 

Main Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the Junior Sales Manager is to sell the property defined by the employer’s plan and to carry out the necessary activities for this, including the following: 

• Build and maintain strategic contacts with real estate agencies through cold calling, email outreach, networking and referrals;
• Present and promote products to potential clients;
• Provide comprehensive information about the project to clients visiting the service center ;
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner ;
• Operate and manage data within the sales software ;
• Prepare and formalize contracts with clients ;
• Conduct site visits when required;
• Prepare and deliver reports as needed;
• Create new offers for collaborations with real estate agencies based on data analysis;
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to close deals; 
• Perform other related tasks given by the supervisor. 

Requirements: 

• Higher Education, preferably in Business Administration or a related field; 

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred;
• Proficiency in English and Russian at least at a conversational level (mandatory);
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in Office programs (Excel, Word) 
• Experience with CRM systems;
• Attention to details;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
