Silk Development is currently offering employment opportunities in the Marketing Operations Manager position

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Work Schedule: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00-19:00 (Monday-Friday)

Accountable to: Head of Marketing Operations

Subordinates: NA

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage marketing projects
• Develop and execute marketing strategies
• Coordinate campaign activities
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee vendor relationships
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Performing the job duties requires working with in-house ecosystems (Including but not limited to: SAP Business One, Bitrix24)
• Perform other related tasks given by the Supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher Education in Marketing or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or relevant field, experience in real estate developing company will be an advantage
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in marketing and project management tools
• Knowledge of English Language, min B2 Level
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Experience managing budgets
• Experience vendor relations
